Serenity Den is now hosting LIVE in studio classes as well as online ZOOM classes!
* In order to maintain a safe practice space, the studio & bathroom will be properly sanitized before and after each class. Hand sanitizer will be available near the front door and in the restroom
* Masks should be word upon entering the studio and while setting up your mat
* There will be tape on the ground outlining the spots dedicated for your mat. Please use only these spaces.
* No props will be used until further notice. If you have your own and would like to bring them, please do.
* Due to current state regulations on square footage and social distancing and for everyones safety, only 11 people will be allowed in each class.
